Location: Farmington, MI Pay: $17.00/hour

The Role
We’re hiring a Bilingual Infant Lead Teacher to guide our infant classroom. You’ll be responsible for leading curriculum, fostering milestones, and supporting families during their child’s most formative stage.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement engaging, bilingual infant curriculum.
Lead daily care routines including feedings, diapering, and naps.
Document and share developmental milestones with families.
Guide and support assistant teachers to maintain consistency.
Communicate with parents to build trust and strong partnerships.
Maintain compliance with licensing and safety standards.
What You Bring
Minimum 1–2 years in an infant/toddler childcare setting.
CDA or Early Childhood coursework preferred.
CPR/First Aid certified (or ability to get certified).
Fluency in both Spanish and English required.
Warm, caring demeanor with excellent communication skills.
Leadership skills to manage and mentor classroom staff.
