Job Summary

We are seeking a caring and dedicated Infant Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for infants. You will support early development and build strong relationships with children and families.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities.

Support children’s cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development

Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment

Track and communicate children’s progress with families.

Collaborate with staff and follow licensing guidelines

Qualifications

Experience with infants or early childhood education preferred

CDA, ECE degree, or equivalent experience

Strong communication and organizational skills

Patient, nurturing, and reliable

CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
