    About the Role:

    Join our passionate team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Infant Lead Teacher, where you'll play a vital role in nurturing and developing the youngest minds. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for infants, fostering their growth and development.

    Responsibilities:

    Implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants.

    Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.

    Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and needs.

    Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress.

    Collaborate with staff to create a cohesive and supportive team atmosphere.

    Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

    Ensure compliance with all safety and licensing regulations.

    Engage infants in activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.

    Requirements

    Minimum of at least 1 year of experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.

    Must be 18 years old and have a GED/High School Diploma

    Must be able to clear a background check and fingerprinting

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children and families.

    Knowledge of child development principles and practices.

    CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

    Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

    Passion for early childhood education and child development.
