If you believe love is the foundation of learning, and you want to be part of a supportive, family-like team that values excellence and heart in equal measure, we’d love to meet you.

    🌈 Who We Are

Our classrooms are calm, warm, and thoughtfully designed to foster connection and discovery — guided by our core values of Excellence, Wellness, Support, Nature, and Diversity.

    ✨ Your Role: Infant Teacher

As an Infant Teacher, you’ll provide consistent, responsive, and nurturing care to our youngest learners. You’ll support each child’s development through intentional interactions — from tummy time to first steps — while fostering a sense of security and belonging.

You’ll also partner closely with families, honoring their role as their child’s first teacher and keeping communication warm, open, and consistent.

    💼 What You’ll Do

Build trusting, loving relationships with each infant in your care

Create a calm, predictable environment that supports exploration and emotional security

Plan simple, sensory-rich activities that stimulate early development and curiosity

Support infants’ routines — feeding, diapering, and rest — with care, patience, and respect

Communicate daily with families through notes, photos, and warm updates

Observe and document growth and milestones in alignment with developmental best practices

Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to ensure a safe, consistent, and joyful classroom

    🎓 What You Bring

CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or related field (or actively pursuing)

Prior experience in an infant or early childhood classroom preferred

A calm, patient, and nurturing demeanor

Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset

Knowledge of infant development and responsive caregiving practices

    🌟 What We Expect

Reliable, professional, and compassionate classroom presence

Consistency in routines that help infants feel secure and cared for

Observant, detail-oriented approach to each child’s developmental needs

Collaboration and open communication with your teaching team and families

Commitment to ongoing growth and professional excellence

    💛 What We Offer

Paid weekly planning time built into your schedule

Collaborative co-teaching environment and classroom support

Paid mental health days and a workplace that values well-being

Paid in-service trainings and professional development opportunities

Clear advancement paths and leadership opportunities

A mission-driven, respectful culture where educators are truly valued
