Now Hiring: Infant Teacher (Full-Time) Primrose School of Longmont | Longmont, CO

Do you have a heart for nurturing the youngest learners and a passion for early childhood education? The Primrose School of Longmont is looking for a Full-Time Infant Teacher to join our caring and collaborative team.

This position does not require lead teacher certification, making it a great opportunity for someone starting their early childhood career or looking to grow with a supportive school community.

Responsibilities:

Provide a warm, nurturing, and safe environment for infants and toddlers (12 weeks to 24 months)

Build strong, caring bonds with each child and their family

Follow a consistent schedule of feeding, diapering, napping, and play

Support developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

Communicate daily with families through our app and in person

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required

Must meet Colorado state minimum requirements for working in a licensed early childhood center

Experience working with infants preferred but not required

Reliable, patient, and passionate about working with young children

CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
