    What You'll Do Every Day:

    Create Wonder-Filled Learning Experiences:

    Design engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that make learning feel like play

    Guide children through language, literacy, early math, and science discoveries

    What We're Looking For:

    Essential Qualifications:

    Meet local childcare regulatory requirements

    Experience working in licensed early childhood programs preferred

    Understanding of child development from infancy through pre-kindergarten

    Physical ability to actively engage with children (lifting up to 35 lbs.)

    ECE/Lead Teacher credentials preferred
