About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as an Infant Teacher from 7am to 4pm! You will play a crucial role in nurturing and developing our youngest learners in a safe and stimulating environment.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for infants.

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.

Monitor and document children's progress and developmental milestones.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and activities.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.

Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Experience working with infants in a childcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.

Background check clearance required.
