About the Role:

Join our passionate team at KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as an Infant Teacher! In this rewarding role, you will nurture and educate infants in a safe, loving environment while fostering their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months.

Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and play.

Monitor and document each child's progress and developmental milestones.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities and progress.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; CDA or ECE degree preferred.

Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents and children.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.

Willingness to engage in continuous learning and professional growth.
