About the Role:

Join KIDS 'R' KIDS Learning Academy of SOUTHERN HILLS as an Infant Teacher from 9am to 6pm! This is a fantastic opportunity to nurture and inspire our youngest learners in a warm, engaging, and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education for infants in a nurturing setting.

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

Monitor and document children’s progress and developmental milestones.

Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

Requirements:

A valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or equivalent is a plus

Previous experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.

Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Passion for early childhood education and nurturing young minds.

Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Must pass background checks as required by state regulations.
