    We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and collaborative Infant/Toddler Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and understands the unique needs of our youngest learners.     What You'll Do

    Create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for infants and toddlers

    Provide responsive, nurturing care including feeding, diapering, comforting, and supporting daily routines

    Foster children's social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development through meaningful interactions and play

    Plan and implement developmentally appropriate experiences that encourage exploration, curiosity, and discovery

    Observe and document children's growth and milestones to support individualized learning and family communication

    Build positive partnerships with families through daily communication and collaboration

    Maintain a clean, organized, and healthy classroom environment

    Work closely with co-teachers and administration to provide high-quality care and maintain classroom consistency

    Follow all licensing regulations, health and safety procedures, and school policies

    Qualifications

    Minimum 12 ECE units, including Infant/Toddler Development (required)

    At least 6 months of experience working with children under 3 years of age

    Strong understanding of infant and toddler development

    Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    Warm, patient, flexible, and responsive caregiving approach

    Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

    Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and actively engage with children on the floor and playground

    Preferred Qualifications

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field

    Experience in a play-based early childhood program
