About the Position: We’re hiring both full-time and part-time Infant Teachers to join our caring, energetic team. You'll work with infants ranging from 2 months to 18 months, helping to create a warm, safe, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment. Whether you're looking for a consistent full-time role or a flexible part-time schedule, we have a spot for you!

Responsibilities:

Nurture and care for infants’ daily needs (feeding, diapering, napping)

Build strong, loving bonds and provide responsive caregiving

Plan and engage infants in age-appropriate, sensory-rich activities

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment

Document developmental milestones and daily notes

Communicate with families using our parent app

Collaborate with your co-teachers and leadership team

Attend meetings and participate in ongoing training opportunities

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED (CDA or ECE coursework preferred)

Experience with infants in a licensed childcare setting (preferred)

Ability to pass state and federal background checks

A calm, nurturing, and dependable presence

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A growth mindset and love for early learning
