About the Role:

It's All About Kids Inc. in Framingham, MA is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join their dedicated childcare team. You must be I/T certified. Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants in a safe and supportive classroom environment

Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, social, and physical development

Monitor and document each infant's daily progress, milestones, and developmental needs

Maintain open, consistent communication with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily routine and growth

Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and adherence to health and sanitation standards

Follow all state licensing regulations and childcare best practices

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive, team-oriented learning environment

Requirements:

Experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting

Knowledge of infant development, early childhood education principles, and best practices

EEC (Early Education and Care) certification or willingness to obtain one

Current CPR and First Aid certification, or ability to obtain upon hire

Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with families

Patient, compassionate, and reliable with a genuine love for working with young children

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, and active engagement with infants
