Infant Teacher – MAG Childcare | Bilingual Preferred

Role Description We are currently seeking a caring, energetic Infant Teacher to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for caring for infants and fostering their social, emotional, and physical development through age-appropriate activities and personalized attention.

Bilingual in Spanish and English is strongly preferred. Please indicate in your application if you are bilingual.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, nurturing care to infants aged 6 weeks to 12 months

Develop and implement daily routines and age-appropriate learning activities

Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding milestones and daily updates

Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to meet each child’s needs

Follow licensing regulations and organizational policies

Support developmental assessments and individual learning goals

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED

At least 1 year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to lift 30 lbs and actively engage with children on the floor

Preferred Qualifications

CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Bilingual in English and Spanish
