About the Role:

The Goddard School of Katy (Cinco Ranch) is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood team in Katy, TX. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact during the most formative stage of a child's life in a warm, supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care and supervision for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment

Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that support infant cognitive, social, and physical development

Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and nap times

Communicate openly and regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily progress

Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and sanitation standards

Build trusting relationships with infants through responsive caregiving and positive interactions

Collaborate with lead teachers and school administration to support curriculum goals

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education coursework or degree preferred

Prior experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or early education setting

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and best practices

Compassionate, patient, and dependable with a genuine love for working with young children

Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting infants and sitting on the floor

Must pass required background checks and meet state licensing requirements
