What You'll Be Doing:

Assist the Lead Teacher with implementing fun, developmentally appropriate lessons

Foster a safe, positive classroom environment filled with laughter and learning

Observe children's interests and build hands-on curriculum experiences

Communicate with families daily to share children's progress and milestones

Collaborate with fellow educators and grow professionally

What We Offer:

Qualifications

High School diploma required, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (required for Lead Teachers).

Previous experience working with infants in an early childhood education setting.

Ability to meet state background check eligibility requirements.

Strong understanding of childcare programming, safety protocols, and first-aid procedures.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Dependable, adaptable, and a team player who takes initiative.
