    As an Infant Teacher, you will:

    Provide loving, attentive, and individualized care to infants, ensuring all daily routines—feeding, diapering, napping—are handled safely and lovingly.

    Create a warm, calm, and responsive environment where babies feel secure and valued.

    Implement developmentally appropriate infant activities such as tummy time, sensory play, music, language building, and early social interactions.

    Support and reinforce our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum with gentle, engaging experiences that promote early milestones.

    Build trusting relationships with families through daily communication, sharing updates, photos, and meaningful moments.

    Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom.

    Do You:

    Have a deep love for caring for infants and supporting early development?

    Have one year of infant teaching/childcare experience (preferred) or at least six months (required)?

    Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
