What You’ll Do at TLE

Create a warm, loving, and developmentally rich environment for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months

Implement TLE’s proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum, bringing early learning to life through sensory play, early language exposure, and nurturing interactions

Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and genuine care

Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom that reflects TLE’s bright, cheerful, and safe learning environment

Collaborate with a supportive team and leadership that values positivity, professionalism, and fun

Follow all TLE, state, and licensing guidelines to ensure the highest quality of care
