Pay: $15–$18 per hour Schedule: Full-Time Location: The Learning Experience – Canton

The Learning Experience – Canton is hiring Infant Teachers for our brand-new, state-of-the-art center! We are looking for nurturing, patient, and dedicated educators who love supporting babies through their earliest developmental milestones.

As an Infant Teacher, You Will

Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care to infants ages 6 weeks–12 months

Create a calming, safe, and stimulating classroom with consistent routines

Support early learning through sensory play, music, movement, and language interactions

Maintain daily records of feeding, diapering, napping, and developmental notes

Partner closely with families through regular updates and open communication

Collaborate with team members to uphold licensing standards, classroom cleanliness, and safety procedures

Ideal Qualifications

A passion for working with infants and supporting early development

At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare, daycare, or preschool setting

CDA or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred (not required)

High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and infant care routines
