Infant Teacher (Early Childhood Education) Location: The Learning Experience – Lake Linganore / Frederick, MD Pay: $17–$19 per hour Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

Infant Teacher – Early Learning Classroom

The Learning Experience – Lake Linganore / Frederick is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to support children during their earliest stages of development. This role focuses on creating a nurturing environment where infants feel safe, supported, and engaged through responsive caregiving and sensory learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily classroom routines for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months

Provide attentive care including feeding, diapering, and nap supervision

Implement age-appropriate sensory learning activities

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment

Observe and support developmental milestones

Communicate regularly with families regarding routines and daily progress

Follow Maryland licensing and safety requirements

Qualifications

Infant/Toddler qualification required

Prior infant classroom experience preferred

Strong understanding of infant development and caregiving practices

Reliable, nurturing, and team-oriented approach

Must meet Maryland childcare licensing requirements
