The Learning Experience in Newbury Park is seeking a warm patient and attentive Infant Teacher to join our team. This role supports infants as they grow learn and build early trust through nurturing care and meaningful interactions. If you enjoy creating a calm predictable environment for our youngest learners this is a great opportunity.
What You Will Do
Provide a safe nurturing and responsive environment for infants Support early developmental milestones including tummy time sensory play and early communication Follow daily routines including feeding diapering and nap schedules Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates Maintain a clean organized and safe classroom environment Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies Collaborate with your teaching team to create a supportive classroom culture
California Requirements
Minimum twelve completed ECE units required Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Must meet state background check and health requirements
