About the Role:

The Learning Experience #294 in Rock Hill, SC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Teacher to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care for infants in a safe and nurturing classroom environment

Implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding, sleeping, and diapering schedules

Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress

Ensure classroom cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment

Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Child Development Associate (CDA) or early childhood education coursework preferred

Prior experience working with infants or toddlers in a childcare or early education setting

Strong understanding of infant developmental milestones and best practices

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to pass a background check in accordance with South Carolina state requirements

Warm, patient, and dependable with a genuine passion for early childhood education

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
