About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at The Learning Experience #352 in Cape Coral, FL, as a part-time Infant Teacher! This is an exciting opportunity to nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote development.

Observe and document children's progress and milestones.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.

Collaborate with team members to create a positive learning atmosphere.

Engage in regular training and professional development opportunities.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.

Previous experience working with infants or young children.

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about early childhood education and child development.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements.

Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
