At Thrive Early Learning Center, we believe the earliest years matter most. We’re looking for a warm, dependable, and nurturing Infant/Toddler Assistant Teacher to help create a safe, loving, and engaging environment where children can grow, explore, and feel at home.

What You’ll Do
Support the Lead Teacher in caring for infants and toddlers (6 weeks–3 years)
Provide attentive, responsive care including feeding, diapering, and soothing
Engage children through play, music, books, and sensory activities
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
Follow daily routines and schedules
Communicate positively with families at drop-off/pick-up
Model kindness, patience, and professionalism at all times
Follow Tennessee licensing and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Naturally nurturing and patient personality
Reliable and punctual (our families count on us!)
Team player with a positive attitude
Comfortable working on the floor, lifting children, and staying active
High school diploma or GED required
Childcare experience preferred (but we will train the right person!)
Must pass background check, drug screening, and meet state licensing requirements
