About the Role:

Join the vibrant team at Celebree School of Henrico as an Infant/Toddler Lead Teacher 6 Weeks - 12 Months OR 12 Months - 16 Months OR 16 Months - 24 Months, where you will nurture and inspire young minds in a warm and engaging environment. This role offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children's early development while working alongside passionate educators.

Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly.

Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and milestones.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets safety standards.

Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development through play-based learning.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field.

Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.

Current CPR and First Aid certification.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with parents and team members.

Passion for early childhood education and child development.

Ability to create engaging and educational activities for young children.

Understanding of child safety and health regulations.

Positive, enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to nurturing young learners.
