    As an Infant or Toddler Teacher at Primrose of Manhattan at East 82nd Street, you’ll create a fun, safe environment for little ones who are constantly on the move. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, you’ll help lay the foundation for the school setting as children navigate a classroom environment, build their motor skills and grow their vocabulary.

    Required Qualifications and Experience

    Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education required, BS preferred

    Previous teaching experience required

    CPR / First Aid certified required

    Knowledge of the social, emotional and creative needs of young children in childcare, daycare, preschool, PreK or elementary setting

    Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations. Must be able to properly lift infants into and out of a crib.

    Must be at least 21 years of age.

    Hourly compensation starting at $26-$34, dependent on experience and education
