About the Role:
Join Brighton Learning Center, Inc. as an Infant/Toddler Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire our youngest learners in a warm and engaging environment. We are passionate about early childhood education and are looking for dedicated individuals to help create a positive and enriching experience for infants and toddlers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and toddlers.
Observe and assess children's development, documenting progress and milestones.
Engage with parents and families through regular communication and updates on their child's progress.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom that meets health and safety standards.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to foster a cohesive learning community.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Support children in developing social skills and emotional regulation through guided play and activities.
Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent.
Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.
Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young children.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early education.
Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude are essential.
Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
