    We are seeking a loving and dedicated Infant–Toddler Teacher to join our team at The Learning Experience.

    As an Infant–Toddler Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment where our youngest learners can develop foundational skills, build trust, and begin their lifelong love of learning.

    As an Infant–Toddler Teacher, You Will:

    Create a safe, loving, and engaging environment that supports infants’ and toddlers’ emotional and developmental needs.

    Implement The Learning Experience’s proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, supporting children’s growth through play-based learning experiences.

    Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and daily updates.

    Partner with your teaching team and center leadership to ensure smooth classroom routines, curriculum delivery, and positive interactions.

    Support children’s milestones in language, motor, and social-emotional development with patience and enthusiasm.

    Do You:

    Have a genuine passion for nurturing and educating young children?

    Have at least six months of experience working with infants or toddlers in a professional setting (required)?

    Hold a high school diploma or GED (required); ECE coursework or degree (preferred)?
