    Childcare Teachers | Infant, Toddler & Preschool

We are hiring for infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms and welcome both experienced educators and individuals new to early childhood education.

    🧸 Position Overview

    This position may be a Lead Teacher or Co-Teacher role, depending on experience and classroom needs.

    All new hires begin as Float Teachers (substitute/assistant teachers) to learn our routines, expectations, and teaching approach before being placed in a classroom. This allows for a smooth transition and ensures you feel confident and supported—you’re never thrown in the deep end.

    You’ll work alongside a collaborative team that values creativity, communication, and a genuine love for children.

    🎓 Qualifications

    Must be 18 years or older

    High school diploma or GED required

    A love for children and a passion for early education

    💪 Physical Requirements (Essential Job Functions)

    Ability to lift, carry, and hold children weighing 40–50 pounds

    Ability to bend, kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and stand for extended periods

    Ability to move quickly to ensure child safety (indoors and outdoors)

    Ability to see, hear, and respond to children, alarms, and emergency situations

    Ability to push, pull, and maneuver strollers, cribs, classroom furniture, or playground equipment

    Ability to participate in indoor and outdoor activities in varying weather conditions

    Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as diapering, cleaning, and sanitizing

    Ability to maintain supervision of multiple children at all times

    Ability to speak clearly and communicate effectively with children, staff, and families

    Ability to remain calm and patient in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks at once

    Ability to respond appropriately to challenging behaviors

    Ability to maintain focus and active supervision at all times

    Ability to communicate professionally with children, families, and staff

    Ability to accept feedback and follow policies and procedures
