About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging lesson plans tailored for toddlers.

Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration.

Monitor and assess developmental milestones and progress of each child.

Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.

Utilize age-appropriate teaching methods and materials.

Encourage social skills and emotional development through play-based activities.

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom space.

Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.

Requirements:

Experience working with infants/toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, creativity, and a passion for early childhood education.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Knowledge of child development principles and best practices

TECE 1 and/or 2

Background check clearance as per state regulations.
