    Responsibilities

    Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for infants

    Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are created by national experts for you

    Ensure a safe and clean learning space

    Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community

    Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

    Support children’s individual learning needs and encourage their social and emotional growth

    Guide children through routines while promoting independence

    Partner with parents to ensure consistent care and development goals

    Support emotional development with kindness, structure, and encouragement

    Qualifications

    Strong communication skills

    Passion for nurturing and educating young children

    Minimum 1–2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare center

    Must have CDA, Associate’s, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education is required

    Strong understanding of early childhood development

    Passion for nurturing young children and working as part of a collaborative team
