What You’ll Do:

• Plan hands-on, age-appropriate lessons

• Support social, emotional, and cognitive development

• Track progress through observations and assessments

• Communicate clearly and kindly with families

• Lead your classroom with confidence, structure, and heart

What You Bring:

✔ CDA or ECE-related degree (or in progress), PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

✔ Experience in a licensed child care or preschool setting

✔ Knowledge of child development and early learning standards

✔ A calm, positive presence—even on the messy days
