Do you have a high energy level and love working with children? We are looking for dedicated, responsible teachers to join our team!

Starting wage of $17.00-$20.00/hr, based on previous experience and/or degree.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Teachers work to ensure compliance with Kiddie Academy's industry-leading Quality Assurance standards. Most importantly, they create a positive learning environment in their classroom where children develop a lifelong love of learning!

Assists and supervises children during ALL activities

Follows bottle and diapering schedules and procedures

Monitor and assess each child's progress, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans

Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that is conducive to learning

Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on their child's development and address any concerns or questions

Performs other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

Previous experience working with toddler age children in a childcare or daycare setting (2 year)

Associate or Bachelors degree in related field, preferred

Knowledge of early childhood education principles, theories, and best practices

Strong understanding of child development milestones and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly

Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18yrs, or older

Degree in early childhood education preferred

1-2 years of documented childcare/classroom experience if no degree

U.S. work authorization, if applicable
