About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at WILLOW WOODS C D C as an Infant Teacher, where nurturing young minds is our passion! You will play a vital role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for infants, fostering their growth and development through engaging activities.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to support infant development.

Provide a safe, clean, and nurturing environment for infants.

Monitor and document each child's progress and milestones.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's development.

Collaborate with team members to create a cohesive educational experience.

Maintain compliance with state regulations and center policies.

Engage in ongoing professional development and training.

Foster positive relationships with infants and their families.

Requirements:

Experience working with infants in a childcare setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a love for working with children.

Background check clearance is mandatory.
