Learning Activities - Supporting music, sensory play, language development, and fine/gross motor activities

Teamwork -Helping support classroom ratios and working respectfully with the team

What We’re Looking For The right person is:

    Warm, patient, and emotionally steady

    Reliable and punctual

Comfortable with lifting, bending, floor time, and active classroom work

Calm during crying, transitions, and big toddler feelings

Coachable and willing to follow safety and health procedures consistently

Team-first and respectful with children, families, and coworkers

    Requirements

Prior infant and/or toddler childcare experience required

Must meet Virginia childcare employment requirements, including background checks

Babies and toddlers are safe, soothed, engaged, and cared for with consistency

    Classroom routines run smoothly
