About the Role:

Join Kidz Kastle ELC Inc as an Infant-Toddler Teacher and make a positive impact on young lives! We are seeking passionate educators who are excited to nurture and develop the potential of our littlest learners in a warm and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants and toddlers. Support and maintain active engagement with children at all times.

Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.

Observe and assess children's developmental milestones and progress via Brightwheel.

Engage children in play-based learning activities to stimulate growth.

Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and needs via Brightwheel, in-person, parent conferences, etc.

Provide photos and videos of classroom activities on Brightwheel.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall learning experience.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom that promotes exploration.

All art and material must be up to date with current events.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Requirements:

Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Willing to obtain CDA.

Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.

Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.

Pediatric CPR and First Aid with EpiPen certification required or willingness to obtain.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents.

Ability to create a positive, engaging, and stimulating learning environment.

Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Background check clearance as per state regulations.
