About the Role:

Join our passionate team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as an Infants Lead Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire children aged 6 to 12 months. We are dedicated to providing a loving and enriching environment that fosters early development and learning.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to infants' developmental milestones.

Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants.

Observe and assess each child's progress and adapt activities accordingly.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and development.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom setting that promotes exploration.

Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience.

Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Must have a minimum of two years of experience working in a childcare setting.

Strong understanding of infant development and age-appropriate practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with parents and staff.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.

Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.

Background check required prior to employment.
