    We are seeking a skilled Infection Prevention Nurse to join a reputable Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Camden, ME. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining infection control protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Technical Skills: Knowledge of infection prevention protocols, regulatory compliance, and data tracking.
    • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention policies.
    • Conduct staff training on infection control best practices.
    • Track and analyze infection data to identify trends and mitigate risks.
    • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Collaborate with healthcare teams to maintain a safe patient environment.
