    Job Description

    HIGH VOLUME RECRUITER - FIELD (REMOTE)

     

    As part of the Field Talent Acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in reviewing and sourcing candidate applications across a multitude of departments and divisions within the organization. In specific, the Field Recruiter will lead the sourcing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of hourly associates in a remote capacity across various markets across our North America Market. This is a temporary contract W2 position to support peak season hiring. PLEASE REVIEW THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS BELOW AND APPLY IF INTERESTED AND QUALIFIED.  

     

    HIGH VOLUME RECRUITER - FIELD RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Successfully manage candidate sourcing and evaluation of applicants based on candidate experience, skills, goals, and competencies to determine best fit for role and organization.

    • Ability to source and screen 100+ hourly candidates per week and achieve hiring metrics

    • Manage the agent job posting process (open and close hiring requisitions) and monitor for compliance.

    • Partner with TA Managers, Hiring Managers, and P&C counterparts, to determine hiring needs based on anticipated volume.

    • Develop and grow relationships with operations leaders in the field.

    • As required, plan and participate in successful recruitment events supporting targeted needs of the organization.

    • Send out daily updates on the progress of assigned requisitions.

    • Additional duties as assigned by leadership.

     

    HIGH VOLUME RECRUITER - FIELD REQUIREMENTS:

    • A minimum of 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably from an agency and high volume HOURLY operations environment.   

    •  Hiring for: retail, warehouse, restaurant, operations roles experience preferred.

    • Ability to source non-exempt (hourly) entry level positions, building a pipeline and oversee full recruitment life cycle.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven culture, in which requirements and priorities can shift.

    • Enthusiastic, energetic,  and competitive with a positive attitude.

    • Proven success in an accountability-based culture.

    • Excellent written & verbal communication and organization skills.

    • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications and applicant tracking systems.

    • Moderate Indeed, LinkedIn, GoogleSheets, LEVER (ATS), Workday (HRIS) and data entry experience.
