POSITION 2 : Sr. Software Verification Engineer Level III ( years of experience required 5+ years to 8 years)
This is a 100 % onsite position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking an experienced, high caliber Sr. software engineer to join our Software Verification team.
The Senior Software Engineer will bring testing and leadership expertise to the innovative, and fast-paced verification team.
Responsibilities include requirements analysis, test design, test execution, defect issue resolution, project leadership, and support of the software & hardware engineering teams .
This high caliber, motivated and passionate individual will also be involved in detail analysis, technical reviews, and process improvements.
Review and write software optomechanical system good to have.
Hands on experience in embedded software
Responsibilities include:
Assist with and lead testing projects including regression/ad-hoc/Blackbox/QTP/selenium and directing the day to day tasks of others.
Work independently and as a team member to plan, write, and execute test cases according to Abbott practices, FDA regulatory, and ISO standard procedures.
Good to have HP quality center exposure
Exposure in UI and electromechanical systems from regulated industry not necessarily from medical domain but can be from avionic or relevant industry can be considered.
This is lab work which requires continuous 6-8 hours sitting at closed environment for biosystem product.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Engineering, Science or related field.
