    Responsibilities of an Entry Level Customer Support Representative: 

    • Anticipate customer needs, demonstrate compassion and care in all interactions, and actively identify and resolve potential issues
    • Document confidential payment information form consumers as well as other personal information such as address and phone 
    • Communicate sales trends and fresh ideas with other Customer Support Representatives for improvement to account managers and sales staff in order to increase sales targets
    • Build sustainable relationships of trust through welcoming, warm, and interactive communication
    • Schedule and communicate deliveries efficiently in order to exceed customer retainment
    • Attend daily meetings with other Customer Support Representatives in order to advocate new services and sales promotions to potential consumers 
    • Monitors sales activities to ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods

     

    Requirements of an Entry Level Customer Support Representative: 

    • 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or entry level skills in related field
    • High school diploma preferred
    • Ability to resolve conflict in a professional and decisive manner
    • Proven track record of sales abilities to up-sell products and services to meet customer needs
    • Superb time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
