Job Summary

We are currently seeking a full-time Marketing Coordinator to conceptualize and implement new marketing content and strategies for our coaching company, as well as design and deploy a website. This position offers a variety of exciting projects, so project management is our key desire. A well-rounded understanding of e-commerce is also important. You will work to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives, monitor campaign performance, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

More specifically, we’re looking for someone who will:

• Coordinate and implement comprehensive marketing plan.
• Use available software to develop a visually appealing, responsive website that aligns with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
• Create and optimize website content, including copywriting, images, videos, and graphics.
• Develop and design targeted email campaigns to engage and convert our target audience.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, and events.
• Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and monitor performance.
• Monitor performance of email campaigns and make adjustments based on key metrics.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or equivalent preferred.
• 2 - 4 years of full-time general advertising and/or marketing experience in a corporate marketing department or advertising/digital marketing agency.
• Strong project management skills are highly valued.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• History of bringing a brand to life and effectively communicating a story.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Canva).
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000+ per year
