    We are experiencing tremendous growth and need talented and driven individuals to join our team. We are actively hiring entry-level and experienced Inside Sales professionals for our state of the art office in Maryland Heights. This position is responsible for making outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to customers to schedule meetings for the outside sales teams - no payment collected on the phone! We provide you the software, the prospects and the training to be successful!

    Job Description

    Call prospects and past customers to generate interest

    Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Teams

    Document and track calls and interactions with potential customers

    Email marketing material to interested customers

    Meet weekly with outside sales team


    High school degree or better

    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills

    Highly motivated and self-directed

    Strong organizational and time management skills

    Professional, friendly phone personality

    Proficient experience with MS Office, email

    Reliable transportation

    Positive, solution-oriented attitude

    Desired Skills and Experience

    Experience with cold calling, customer service, qualifying sales leads and/or setting appointments is preferred

    Prior experience with CRM software

    Proven history of success in exceeding sales quotas
