Infinite – Pipeline is actively hiring entry-level and experienced Appointment Setters/Inside Sales professionals for our office in Maryland Heights. This position would be responsible for making outbound business to business (B2B) phone calls to a prospective client’s customers (B2B) and scheduling meetings for the outside sales teams. Job Description
Learn and demonstrate knowledge about Infinite – Pipeline and its clients
Call prospects and past customers to generate interest in a client’s services
Schedule appointments for Outside Sales Teams
Actively use and update Infinite – Pipeline’s CRM system (customer relationship management) to document and track calls and interactions with potential customers
Email marketing material to interested customers
Desired Skills and Experience
Some level of college is preferred but a high school degree with workplace experience will be considered
Some experience with cold calling, customer service, qualifying sales leads and/or setting appointments is preferred
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills is a must
Highly motivated and self-directed with strong organizational and time management skills
Professional, friendly phone personality
Proficient experience with MS Office, email
Prior experience with CRM software (i.e. ACT) would be helpful
Reliable transportation
