    Job Description

    ALL EVENTS HAVE A BASE SALARY AND INCREDIBLE COMMISSION RATES.

    OUR BEAUTY ADVISORS ARE CLASSIFIED AS W2 NON-EXEMPT EMPLOYEES AND ARE PAID WEEKLY.

    THE WORK SCHEDULE IS INCREDIBLY FLEXIBLE, AND BEAUTY ADVISORS DECIDE WHICH EVENTS THEY WOULD LIKE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR.

    THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR SOMEONE LOOKING TO ADD HOURS TO AN EXISTING SCHEDULE OR WOULD LIKE TO SET THEIR OWN CALENDAR. THIS IS NOT A TRADITIONAL MON-FRI 9-5 DAY ROLE.

    FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

    INFINITEALOE IS LOOKING FOR DRIVEN DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVES (DRSS) TO INTRODUCE INFINITEALOE PRODUCTS TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS AT CLUB WAREHOUSES (COSTCO, SAM’S CLUB, ETC.) AND TRADE SHOWS ACROSS THE UNITED STATES. DSRS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING UP EVENTS, CLOSING SALES ON THE SALES FLOOR, COUNTING INVENTORY, AND CLOSING DOWN EVENTS WHEN THEY END. MOST IMPORTANTLY, DSRS SHOULD BE ABLE TO ANSWER CUSTOMERS’ QUESTIONS REGARDING PRODUCT PRICING AND BENEFITS IN SUCH A WAY THAT IT HELPS TO FACILITATE A SALE.

    OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL DSRS ARE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE STRONG PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ARE ABLE TO CONVINCE CUSTOMERS TO PURCHASE PRODUCTS IN REAL-TIME. ULTIMATELY, OUR MOST SUCCESSFUL DSRS ARE ABLE TO DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ENSURE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY AND KEEP COMING BACK.

     

    DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVES

    • MEET OR EXCEED EVENT SALES QUOTAS.

    • DEMONSTRATE A WILLINGNESS TO BE TRAINED.

    • ARE ABLE TO COMPREHEND COMPANY POLICIES AND DEMONSTRATE PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.

    • ARE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE INFINITEALOE PRODUCT FEATURES TO CUSTOMERS AND EXPLAIN THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EACH PRODUCT AND PACKAGE.

    • POSSESS A WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL TO ATTEND EVENTS.

    • POSSESS THE ABILITY TO TRACK AND MONITOR INVENTORY.

    • MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT 50 LBS. FOR A SHOW SET UP AND BREAK DOWN.

    • MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE ISSUES IN THE FIELD TO EXECUTIVES IN THE OFFICE.

    DIRECT SALES REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS:

    • HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED.

    • PROVEN SALES EXPERIENCE.

    • THE ABILITY TO RETAIN PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE.

    • STRONG CONSULTATIVE SELLING SKILLS.

    • EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

    • EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

    • THE ABILITY TO EFFECTIVELY EMAIL/REPORT ANY ISSUES TO THE EXECUTIVE TEAM.

    • WILLINGNESS TO TRAVEL.

    • MUST HAVE A DRIVER’S LICENSE.

    • MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.

    JOB TYPE: HOURS ARE BASED UPON THE ABILITY TO SELL.

     

    PAY: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 PER YEAR (BASED OF AVERAGES FROM CURRENT SALES TEAM)

     

    EXPERIENCE:

    • 1 YEAR IN TIME + COMMISSION-BASED SALES (PREFERRED)
