    We are seeking an Automotive Salesperson to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing customers clients.
    • Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline.
    • Close and follow up on sales transactions.
    • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints.
    • Network and build relationships with new and existing client base.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
    • Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Ability to build rapport with clients.

    Education

    High school diploma or the equivalent.

    Job-Specific Requirements

    Monthly

    1. Sales Representative is required to satisfy any and all minimum production quotas and CSI levels.

    Daily

    1. Make phone contacts daily plus email and text message.

    2. Enter their contacts into the Vin Solutions CRM with notes on the contacts that need to be called in an effort to advance the sale.

    3. Obtain the training necessary for factory qualifications.

    4. Take test-drives with customers according to management’s guidelines for personal safety.

    5. Present to management all offers made by customers to purchase vehicles.

    6. Show concern for the customers needs throughout the sales process.

    7. Follow all dealership processes and procedures to ensure an excellent rating on the sales, delivery and follow up processes from each customer.

    8. Arrange the first service appointment for customers and contact the customer before and after the first appointment.

    9. Acquire and maintain total product knowledge.

    Professional Obligations

    1. Timekeeping - Clock in and out daily including lunch.
    2. Maintain excellent CSI with a score at or above 978.
    3. Attend all necessary manufacturer's training and become certified.
    4. Maintain a professional appearance.
    5. Attend Sales meetings.
