We have experience unprecedented growth through the pandemic which has us looking for a Sales and Training Manager to help support a growing team and agency. We are not looking for someone who wants to be in sales their whole life. We are looking for a leader who will help grow and groom a top performing sales team.

Infinity Business Group is looking to IMMEDIATELY hire 1-2 business-minded individuals to help grow an expanding team within our agency. We are a successful and driven agency with offices in multiple states. We train our partners to sell at a high level while building and managing multi-million dollar sales teams.

Our company has been growing by leaps and bounds since 1989. We are in the supplemental benefits and insurance business. In summary, we protect families' financial well being during a physical crisis, such as cancer, heart attack, stroke, accidents and injuries. Where health insurance keeps hospitals, doctors and pharmaceutical companies in business, we keep families in business by paying them directly when tragedy strikes.

Our company strives to source and seek out individuals who truly care about the families that we protect. We are not looking for those individuals who seek only their own financial gain. In our industry and in our company, protecting and educating families is at the heart of everything we do.

*We build agencies in our home territories and do not travel extensively. We are looking for someone who is outgoing; a natural leader; has a past track record of success; has an entrepreneurial mindset; wants to make a positive and lasting impact in life.

Direct sales experience is a plus, but not required. Experience in our field is not necessary to work with our company. We offer a phenomenal training program that consists of both comprehensive classroom and in-field training. Your success is our number 1 goal.
