Infinity Energy Inc is a growing renewable energy company based in Rocklin, California. We are seeking a highly competent NetSuite Administrator with light technical skills to join our team. As the NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for working with consultants to build out, maintain, and deploy NetSuite features, as well as understanding finance, inventory, and accounting processes within NetSuite. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and NetSuite consultants to ensure that business requirements are met and NetSuite is optimized for efficient operations * Manage the day-to-day administration of NetSuite, including user management, access control, and customization * Work with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements and system enhancements * Support the deployment of new modules, upgrades, and integrations with other systems * Provide training and support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner * Lead integrations between systems, work with technical teams on both sides of integrations Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role * Experience working with consultants on build-outs, maintenance, and deployments of NetSuite * Understanding of finance, inventory, and accounting processes within NetSuite * Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments * Strong project management skills and ability to balance day-to-day administrative work with project-based initiatives * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field preferred * Local to Rocklin, California preferred At Infinity Energy Inc, we are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment.
