  • Responsibilities

    We're looking for friendly, observant individuals to join our team as Infinity Pool Security Officers for the summer season. This role blends guest service with safety oversight at one of the most scenic spots on property, our lakeside infinity pool.

    What You'll Do:

    • Welcome and check in resort guests at the pool entrance, verifying access to this private amenity
    • Create a calm, professional presence that guests can rely on for both information and support
    • Monitor the pool area for policy compliance, unauthorized access, and any unsafe behavior
    • Step in when needed to de-escalate situations or respond to incidents, always prioritizing guest and staff safety
    • Maintain a high-visibility presence that deters inappropriate conduct and ensures a relaxed, secure environment
    • Coordinate with hotel security and management for incident reports or escalations
    • Flex hours for scheduled events as needed

    What We're Looking For:

    • A warm and professional attitude—this is as much a guest service role as it is a security position
    • Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or similar preferred
    • Strong communication and observation skills
    • Able to stand for extended periods outdoors and remain alert throughout the shift
    • Comfortable enforcing policies in a respectful, confident manner

    Schedule: Shifts typically run from 9:30 AM to around 6:15 PM. Flexibility is important, especially on event days.
