We have expanded our presence with an office in the downtown Clayton, MO business district. We are looking for dynamic individuals who possess the highest quality of accuracy, attention-to-detail, communication and customer service skills to join our team with primary focus on providing support to our Service Team.
Responsibilities
Providing direct support and collaboration with other Infinity team members
Managing requests in an expedited and professional manner in a fast-paced work environment
Responding timely to inquiries and orders
Public record research and report preparation
Maintain a balanced workload and follow-ups/tasks to uphold turnaround times
Communicate clearly and professionally via e-mail and phone
Driving downtown to Missouri Secretary of State to hand-deliver filing requests
Skills Required
Moderate to Advanced Computer Skills (Mac experience preferred)
Microsoft Office
QuickBooks
Advanced Customer Service Skills
Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and multi-task successfully
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
Typing Speed of 55+ WPM
Professionalism
Exemplary level of accuracy and attention-to-detail

Minimum of 1-2 years customer service experience
Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies, Business, Communication or English

Competitive Base Salary ($34,000 - $36,000)
