Infinity Today, a provider of support coordination/case management services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) is seeking Support Coordinators to join our team. Applicants should have at least 1 year of paid or unpaid experience with adults diagnosed with developmental disabilities. The agency is experiencing exciting growth and is offering comprehensive benefits (including health, vision and dental insurance). Most importantly, Infinity Today provides its Support Coordinators with a nurturing team environment that includes hands-on supervision and staff training. We are seeking excellent workers that want to invest in our grassroots model. While SC's will do most of their work remotely, office time is also expected.
